Well organized
The in-house logistics function extremely quickly and are gentle on the calves as well as on the finished packaged meat: short distances from the fattening farm to the Bahlmann meat center (on average 50 km) and the company's own fleet of modern refrigerated vehicles ensure a smooth transport chain from the animals' birthplace, through the rearing farm, the meat center and the cutting plant, to the Europe-wide trade.
There are usually only 24 hours between the time the individual meat order is placed and its delivery to the retailer.
